简介：近年来致力于新型高分子农药助剂及剂型、农药缓/控释微胶囊剂等领域的教学科研工作。Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces等学术刊物上发表SCI论文16篇。授权并转让发明专利1件，授权专利2件。产学研成果获得4项课题经费支持。参与编写“十三五”国家重点出版物规划项目“中国农药研究与应用全书”第三卷《农药剂型及加工卷》。讲授《有机化学实验》、《精细化工综合实验》、《基础化学II实验》、《现代胶体与制剂科学》等课程。获得第九届中国农药工业协会农药创新贡献奖。获得中国技术市场协会颁发的技术经理人培训结业证书（证书编号：ZJXP2020-286）。
